Vineyards situation : The commune of Savigny les Beaune is located between Aloxe Corton and Pernand Vergelesses, in the north of the Côte de Beaune.

Characteristics : Savigny produces mainly red wines (90%) under the village and premier cru appellations. The vineyard of "les Guettes" is located south, south-east, and is situated between 220 and 360m. The chalk soil is gravely and stony. "Les Guettes" lies in the middle of the commune, near the village of Savigny.

Wine making : This wine is aged in wooden barrels for an average of 12-15 months before being bottled.
