Description : An exclusive of Maison Louis Latour (monopole), the Château de Blagny is
located high on the hillside overlooking Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. A
wonderful wine traditionally vinified and matured in small oak barrels. It
displays all the attributes of exemplary white Burgundy, showing opulence
and a minerally freshness, coupled with rich, fat flavours which develop
magnificently over time.

pan-fried chanterelles
