Carton de 3 bouteilles de Santenay blanc Maladière 2022 Prieur-Brunet

LOCATION : This premier cru vineyard has been acquired by Maison Louis Jadot in 2017. In 2019 it has been decided to plant 0,5 hectares with chardonnay on top of the south-east oriented hill where soils are thin and stony.

VINEYARD INFORMATION : This vineyard produces a fine and elegant wine with the energy of young plants which will gain maturity with time.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION : Grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, they ferment in oak barrels produced by our cooperage. 1/3 are new barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling.
