LOCATION : This vineyard is located at the heart ot the village of Meursault where the soil is rather deep. It is planted on a soft south-east oriented slope. As a result this wine shows a nice complexity.

VINEYARD INFORMATION : The stony soil enables the soil to warm up and give a nice maturation of the grapes. This wine is generous and nicely persistant.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION : Grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, they ferment in oak barrels produced by our cooperage. 1/3 are new barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on fine lies before bottling
