LOCATION : Pinot Noir is very condential in Meursault. The vines are planted to the north of the village next to Volnay where soils contain more clay and are therefore more suitable to Pinot Noir.

VINEYARD INFORMATION : This wine shows a deep colour and powerful tanins with a good aging potential. It is quite original.

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION : Grapes are harvested by hand and put in small cases in order not to damage the fruits. Grapes are pressed softly, they ferment in oak barrels produced by our cooperage. 1/3 are new barrels. Aging usually lasts 15 months on ne lies before bottling.
