Domaine Chanson

Since 1750, Domaine Chanson has been one of Burgundy's oldest estates, rooted in the heart of Beaune. A specialist in Burgundy's great terroirs, the estate comprises 43 hectares cultivated organically in the Côte de Beaune, including the iconic Monopole Clos des Fèves Beaune Premier Cru, and 45 hectares acquired in 2023 in the Côte Chalonnaise, including the Premier Cru Le Clos l’Evêque in Mercurey.

To express with exceptional precision all the nuances of its mosaic of terroirs, Domaine Chanson combines bespoke and respectful vineyard management, meticulous plot-by-plot vinification within each climat, and careful aging in the tranquil setting of the 15th-century Bastion, an atypical, airy cellar and remarkable historical landmark.
